Great stay overall. Clean, spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Slept well and felt relaxed throughout the stay. Solid choice and would stay again.
Super convenient location. The beds are so comfortable with excellent choices in pillows. The lobby offers a great spot to hang out or conduct business. The breakfast offerings are really tasty... And the happy hour drinks are on spot! The staff is great at any hour of the day. This seems like it could be a tough job and they handle it great.
Room and quality of the hotel were great. Everything was updated and worked well. I appreciated the cleanliness and temperature control in my room. The staff were friendly. Overall, a great experience. My only complaint would be the dumpsters being emptied at 4am. It was unbelievably loud and woke me up. I understand this may not be in their control so it did not impact my rating. If it something they can control, I recommend adjusting for future guests!
Nice new hotel. No free coffee or breakfast. Shares parking lot with 4 other hotels from other brands like holiday inn and Hilton.

The room was comfortable and clean. The tv was non functioning at times and the remote the same. I did enjoy one coffee from the Starbucks onsite but I guess I missed the timing on another morning. The only recommendation I would say is the staff was just either not happy to be there or something so maybe work on customer service quality. They did meet our needs but literally every day until the final day just seemed bothered by any questions we had. Perhaps maybe a bad week. The hotel was easy access and close to plenty of restaurants.
The room is clean. The bathroom spotless. They don't offer maid service. So if you're there for a few days, you're going to be reusing your towels just kind of like home. The bar is not really active at all. It's pretty dead the 3 days I was there. Breakfast the same way. But they advertise on the wall is not what you can get in the menu. Would be nice if they shovel the snow even though it was only an inch in the area. They did hire somebody to salt the driveway, but it was odd that the sidewalks were snowy and the driveways salted. The staff are very polite and nice and professional. I would stay here again because it's good location right to the expressway and two good restaurants nearby.
Staff was friendly & responsive. I spotted toenail shaving by the pool. mentioned it to front desk. Returned to pool - all cleaned up. My overall stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The veranda out back was a nice touch!
